I bought this bike for my 12 y/old. First impression, out of the box
it came folded and the handlebars,pedals and seats are not attached(due to shipping).
The assembly was easy, as well as folding and unfolding the bike. After setting it up,
my daughter's first complain was the grips are horrible(no cushion at all) second complain was the seat was
very uncomfortable(feels like solid plastic). So I went ahead and tried the bike myself and right away
the seat and handlebars were the 2 things I know I needed to change. The 3 speeds seems to work fine, esp for the
size of the bike. I would not recommend this to any adult/kids over 5'4" even with the adjustable seat/ht. My wife and my daughter
are about the same ht(5'4") And the bike seems perfect for them.
The body of the bike and the folding mechanism seems robust and solid, wish I could say the same with the handlebars(it just seems the handlebars was made of thin steel).
Anyway, for the price it was an OK bike, but I made it better
by removing the stock grips and seats and replacing it with Avenir pillow grips
and Schwinn soft cushion seat. I also replaced the flimsy plastic pedals with
aluminum Schwinn pedals. Now the bike is comfy to ride and functional. My daughter
loves the bike after the changes we made.

CONS: Uncomfortable seat, grips and flimsy pedals.
Solution: Replaced seat, grips and pedals
and u got a good/affordable folding 3speed bike. :)
